Motorola Atrix 4G was one of the phones to look forward to, since its announcement in CES 2011. The phone boasted really good features and had the perfect mix of all features in it. The recent rumors of a launch price of $150 with contract and the impressive promo video makes it all the more attractive now
Some of the reports from Engadget and other sites have reports that Atrix 4G was listed in Amazon for $150 with contract, before it was taken down and now a listing from the inventory system of Costco is hinting the same price.
The initial launch price of $150 for a phone that is as powerful and capable as Motorola Atrix 4G is definitely interesting. Since this phone is releasing in ATT, it could be done so to counter the release of iPhone 4 with Verizon. Since many customers may consider switching to Verizon, this pricing on the next-gen device can retain the customer base.

VERY impressed, and I know we discussed this last week, but I'll be looking to upgrade my iPhone probably around the end of the year. Do I go with the new iPhone or something like this? I think it will depend on a couple of things. While I really do love the features on this phone, I will be interested in APP support for Android, because there are alot of apps that I have become very attached to. Buying them AGAIN just because I switched to Android just doesn't seem right. (Yes, some are paid).
