News: Notion Ink recovers from OTA update problems

Engadget reported in its coverage yesterday about Notion Ink Adam Tablet reaching some customers. While this was supposed to be a positive coverage, the report from Engadget focus on the update issues that some customers were facing. The OTA upgrade had caused some units to stop functioning.



Notion Ink has halted the update process since then and have provide a fix for the recovering the tablet and give the consumers some hope into the situation. The customers who have received the units are the ones who pre-ordered the unit, without much information. They are the people who have been tracking and monitoring the development progress of the device and the software.

Its time to see some reviews from the same consumers. While Motorola Xoom is being rumored to sell for $700, which is way too costly for a normal consumer. This tablet if appeals to normal usage, is likely to go places.
