News: ATT rolling out unlimited mobile-mobile calls

ATT has been enjoying the iPhone exclusivity all this time and finally will share the iPhone consumer base with Verizon starting tomorrow. The Verizon iPhone will be hitting retail stores tomorrow and is likely to lure some customers from ATT to Verizon. In a move to battle this likely move by consumers, ATT has been trying to attract consumers with network, phone and incentives.

ATT currently offers free mobile-mobile calls within its network and it is extending this feature to include calls to any mobile network. This is very similar to the calling plan that Sprint offers to its consumers. This feature will require signing up for unlimited messaging that will cost $20 for individuals and $30 for family plan.

This might be a good option to evaluate, if you are running low on minutes frequently or pay extra for exceeding your limit.
