Gaming: PS3 Move is likely to start moving up in 2011
When Nintendo introduced Motion Controlled Gaming in Wii, it really surprises the gaming world. Wii made gaming more accessible to consumers and even people who are not comfortable with the concept of Video games, were able to pick up and play Wii easily. The learning curve on the system was very less and helped in having lot of family fun, accompanied with huge commercial success.

Gaming: Intel announces Razer's Sixense
Ever since the introduction of motion-controlled gaming from Nintendo Wii, the other players in the gaming industry have tried playing catch up. Microsoft and Sony entered this much dominated space with Kinect and Move which were completely different approaches to this segment. While Sony enhanced the approach from Nintendo with more precision and high definition graphics, Microsoft has gone with controller free experience.

Gaming: Mobile Gaming market is evolving
Nintendo DS line of products and Sony PSPs have been the major players in the mobile gaming category. With the introduction of iPhone and and the improvement in hardware and rendering engines recently, mobile gaming seems to be taking a paradigm shift. The mobile gamers, who used to be just hard core games on the move are being replaced with casual gamers and occasional hard core gamers. The run away success of games like Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Fruit Ninja and many others can vouch for this emerging trend.
